As many parts of the region are still developing, Asian tech companies can sometimes be slow to adopt new technologies as they’re developed. But there’s one innovation that it seems most businesses have been quick to jump on: big data. Asian businesses may not all be in the cloud just yet, but many of them are using data analytics, according to an interesting report from the Economist‘s intelligence unit based on a survey of several hundred Asian companies.
